Our Sports Medicine Section at Spectrum Health Medical Group prides itself on providing comprehensive care for conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. We are recruiting for a non-operative Sports Medicine BC/BE MD or DO with fellowship training in Sports Medicine with a preferred PM&R background. Our team consists of 48 highly specialized providers of orthopedics including specialists in sports medicine, shoulder and elbow reconstruction, cartilage preservation and regenerative medicine.
We help patients avoid injury by using an evidence-based approach to treatment:
Advanced imaging /Focused injury prevention programs /On-site physical therapy /Regenerative medicine and rehabilitation
Spectrum Health Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physicians connect with community through a robust occupational and scholastic outreach program which includes coverage of the West Michigan Whitecaps, Grand Rapids Ballet, Grand Rapids Football Club, Irish Jig, Amway Riverbank Run, Davenport University along with multiple gymnastic groups.
