ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR - INPATIENT PM&R

Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital is a joint venture partner with Deaconess Health System. Our hospital is an 80 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives. In addition, an 18 bed acute rehabilitation unit is located within the Deaconess Health System. Located in friendly Evansville, Indiana. • Brain Injury and Stroke certified
• Caseload of 15-20 patients

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Patient-centered commitment to excellence
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Hospital-based physiatry experience preferred but not required
