Primary Care/Sports Medicine Position

The Center for Health and Sports Medicine is a primary care/sports medicine practice in Jacksonville, Florida and are in the process of opening our second location in St. Augustine, Florida. We are a physician-led practice, focusing on evidence-based, whole-person care empowering people to live their best lives and perform at their highest level. Our Jacksonville facility is fully equipped to provide full-spectrum primary care and sports medicine, with in house x-ray, ultrasound, stress-testing, physical therapy, and many other services. We are unique in that we have an onsite wellness center, and offer a comprehensive wellness and athletic development program, The Ethos Project. This program provides a foundational focus in exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep, mindfulness and strong social bonds. This program provides the tools and instructions for a life time collaboration of health and performance with out patients.
