General Summary of Duties for Medical Doctor Urgent Care (Non-Operative): Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical independent practice located in Olympia WA, is looking for a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join us. We are seeking a high-quality physician who is skilled in evaluating and treating injuries and non-operative MSK issues. You will spend time both in our Urgent Care and in your own practice working alongside specialized surgeons, physical therapists, and other non-operative physicians.

This position does not take call, however, may be asked to help with community events such as high school sports physicals and an occasional evening or weekend meeting. Some weekends may be required.

Required Qualifications: •Valid and unrestricted Washington State license and DEA or the ability to obtain one. •Ability and comfort working with an electronic health record (Athena & Epic). •Ability to assess injures and chronic pain and diagnose possible issues. •Ability to confidently read x-rays. •Ability to collaborate with other physicians to coordinate the best possible care for the patient(s). •Positive and professional attitude towards patients and staff.

Specialties, including sports medicine, family practice, PMNR, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine are encouraged to apply in addition to new graduates.

Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 plus additional incentives. Benefits: Medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, disability, and CME.
