Faculty physician – Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Boston, MA
The Female Athlete Program in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and is seeking a Sports Medicine Physician with experience in treating female athletes, particularly Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport and eating disorders. Further experience with diagnostic ultrasound is preferred.
The Female Athlete Program includes an interdisciplinary clinical care team consisting of physicians, surgeons, dietitians, and sports psychology clinicians. We are part of the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance and have a large clinical research infrastructure.
Responsibilities include clinical practice, resident and fellow education, and clinical, translational and/or basic science research. Salary and academic rank of Instructor, Assistant or Associate will be commensurate with experience and academic credentials. Board certification in sports medicine is required.
