The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a board certified/eligible physician specializing in non-operative sports medicine to join the department as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the Clinician Educator line (CE). The major criterion for appointment in the CE is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to fulfill. This position involves the care of Stanford University Intercollegiate Athletes, including event coverage, as well as possibly professional athletic team coverage. The position will also involve the teaching of sports medicine fellow(s). Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The successful applicant should be eligible for a California medical license.

The expected base pay range for this position is $250,000-$330,000.
This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It may not include all components of faculty compensation or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
