VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is an integrated health care delivery system, offering a comprehensive array of medical, surgical, rehabilitative, mental health and extended care to Veterans in Northern California. The Sports Medicine Physician – Located in Stockton, CA, is a needed member of the Interdisciplinary Amputee Clinic Team and Rehabilitation Service Team providing support in the delivery of care for our veterans. They participate in Service Quality Improvement/Performance Improvement, and Quality Management activities as directed by the supervisor/ PM&R Service Chief.
