This is an exciting opportunity for a primary care sports medicine physician to join a fast growing orthopedic and spine practice that specializes in sports medicine, concussion, and regenerative medicine.  The ideal candidate would be a fellowship trained BE/BC primary care sports medicine physician with experience in ultrasound guided injections, regenerative procedures such as PRP, adipose, and BMAC injections, tenotomy such as TenJet or Tenex, and experience in managing and treating concussion.  These procedures can also be learned by our very experienced sports medicine physician who is eager to teach.  The ideal candidate will be willing to rotate through our offices in Middletown, NJ and upcoming offices in Freehold, Princeton, and Ocean/Eatontown areas.  This is a full time posi
