Overview
Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington is recruiting a BE/BC Physician to join our Sports Medicine Team as a nonoperative sports medicine provider.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a team that includes Family Medicine providers, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Physician Assistants as a part of the Virginia Mason Franciscian Health team. As a Virginia Mason Sports Medicine Physician, there are opportunities to work with athletes of all levels, provide coverage to professional sports teams and to grow the practice you desire.
Qualifications
BE/BC in General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine with subspecialty BE/BC in Sports Medicine
Experience with managing upper and lower extremity musculoskeletal conditions both acute and chronic.
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
ACLS and BLS required
