Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team in Muncie, IN.

Job Description:

• 100% Outpatient
• Schedule:
  • Full-time 
• Approximately 100 patients per week
• Ortho and Sports Med Clinic Support 
• Sports Medicine related complaints including back and concussions, medical management of musculoskeletal concerns of the community 
• Division 1 College and High School support

Qualifications:

• experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
• MD or DO
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Indiana
