Mountain View Rehabilitation is an established, independent, physician-led spine and sports medicine practice seeking a Sports Medicine trained physician who wants to practice the full breadth of outpatient musculoskeletal and spine care with procedural depth, autonomy, and a clear path to partnership. 

This position is ideal for a procedurally skilled, outpatient-focused physiatrist or sportsmedicine specialist seeking long-term growth in a collaborative, non-corporate setting. 

Clinical Scope 

You will manage acute and chronic spine disorders, orthopedic medicine conditions, sports-related injuries, overuse syndromes, concussion and mild TBI, peripheral nerve injuries, and biomechanical/kinetic chain dysfunction. 

Our patient population ranges from high school and collegiate athletes to active retirees and complex spine patients seeking comprehensive non-surgical solutions. 

Procedural Practice 

Dedicated in-office procedure suite with fluoroscopy and ultrasound as well as an EMG suite. 

Established procedural services available include: 

• EMG/NCS (strong referral base) 

• Fluoroscopic spine interventions 

• Ultrasound-guided joint and soft tissue injections 

• Regenerative medicine procedures 

There is opportunity to expand procedural offerings and develop a focused niche within spine, sports, electrodiagnostics, or regenerative medicine based on your interests.  Furthermore, there is opportunity to grow and develop your practice as you desire.   

Practice Environment 

Independent, physician-led group with longstanding referral relationships across primary care and orthopedic surgery. 

In-house Physical Therapy supports an integrated functional restoration model. 

Efficient outpatient workflow with minimal administrative burden. 

 No weekends. Minimal call. Flexible workweek structure.
